Eight Powerful Sessions From Across the World!

Based on the Virtual Launch of our ‘Nurses’ Voices’ Grassroots to Global’ campaign, the Nurses' Voices Speaker Series provides a global public speaking platform for nurses—including students and retirees—as thought influences in our troubled world.  It features 50  leading nurses from 34 nations and from all six World Health Organization (WHO) Regions—AFRO,  EMRO, EURO, PAHO/AMRO, SEARO and WPRO— who have participated in advocacy to achieve SDG # 3 and shared their stories of courage, concern, compassion, and commitment to humanity’s health.

• Dr. Naeema Al-Gasseer PhD, MSc, BScN
An academically trained nurse and midwife, retired global health manager and resident representative, who has been working for the World Health Organization in WHO’s Eastern Mediterranean 

Region (EMRO) and national health programs for more than 30 years. As such, her professional career encompasses experience in national, regional and international health systems, in women's health, as well as in humanitarian and development programs.
• Dr. Rowaida Al Maaitah PhD, MSc, BScN, Consultant for HRH Princess Muna Al–Hussein and former Senator Upper House of the Jordanian Parliament,  Minister of Jordanian Government Performance, Minister of Jordanian Social Development, Board Member,  Jordanian Nursing Council & Professor,  Faculty of Nursing at Jordan University for Science & Technology
