A Global Online Briefing...
'The World Nurses Want:'  Nursing & the UN
This online slide show was developed for nurses across the world to participate in the United Nations 'Post-2015 Agenda' campaign with a survey called 'The World We Want.'  To achieve this project, a special related survey called 'The World Nurses Want' was created for nurses to bring their unique voices to this UN campaign. This slide show was used as the 'global online briefing' to prepare participants to use this survey. It was developed and authored by NIGH's UN NGO Team of Representatives & Youth Representatives in 2014 — with advisory support from STTI's UN NGO Representatives— and was presented as a model UN NGO project at the 2014 International UN NGO Conference in New York City and later, at international nursing conferences in Hong Kong, Singapore and Puerto Rico.
