Serving on NIGH’s Language Advisory Council, Dr. Silvina Malvarez has had a distinguished career as the Regional Nurse Advisor for the Pan American Health Organization— the Western Hemisphere Office WHO — from 2002 to 2013. She currently serves as a Professor in the Master's Program in Mental Health and an Advisor to the Human Resources Center at the School of Public Health of the National University of Córdoba (UNC), and as a Professor in the Master's Program in Nursing Service Administration at the National University of Rosario, Argentina.
