Nurses' Voices: Healing, Resilience & Advocacy for A Better World!

A 6-Session Multi-Media ‘Train-the Trainer' 9-Hour Workshop
to  prepare nurses to share our stories as thought-leaders across the global public space

The world’s nurses are deeply burned-out from the strains of frontline service to the worldwide COVID pandemic —while already enduring perpetual challenges from overwhelmed health care systems. But — even as nurses are appreciated and widely trusted for this service — their public voices are still rarely heard.

An innovative global multi-media outreach to prepare nurses, students and retirees, to become empowered storytellers  — with our stories of healing, resilience and advocacy — across our local, national and  global public spaces — and to the listening ears of everyone!
Embedded within the overall 2023 Caux Forum — this Workshop will be facilitated by the Nightingale Initiative for Global Health for 20 nursing leaders — across four days for six sessions and featured within this Forum’s five-day dynamic experience of inspiration, community building and dialogue with others of like-mind, heart, and spirit from across the world.
