​Deva-Marie Beck, PhD, RN, is
 a Canadian / American who has been working — for nearly three decades — on approaches to citizen advocacy for achieving global health and the UN's Global Goals — the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and now the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Since 2006, Dr. Beck has served as International Co-Director of the Nightingale Initiative for Global Health (NIGH) — based at NIGH World’s headquarters in Canada’s National Capitol Region and in Geneva, Switzerland. With this focus, she is connected, around the world, with nurses and midwives, who are prime stakeholders for achieving UN Global Goals related to health care delivery and to addressing health determinants >> read more

​Barbara Dossey, PhD, RN, AHN-BC, FAAN, HWNC-BC, is internationally recognized as a pioneer in the holistic nursing and nurse coaching movements.  She is a Florence Nightingale scholar, nurse theorist, and national and international speaker and teacher on the role of integrative nurse coaching in the emerging integrative health care paradigm. She is Co-Director, International Nurse Coach Association (INCA), North Miami, Florida; International Co-Director and Board Member, Nightingale Initiative for Global Health (NIGH), Washington, DC, and Kelwood, Manitoba, Canada; and Director, Holistic Nursing Consultants, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Beginning in May 2015 Barbara has served on the American Nurses Association Health Nurse Health NationTM Grand Challenge Advisory Board.

Phillips, PhD, serves as a 'Strategic Advisor' for NIGH.  Founder and CEO of ‘The Disruptive Factory,’ Cynthia is a writer and producer of  features and documentaries including Uncommon Conversations, Identity Thought and Vision: Discussions with Palestinian, Jewish and Druze Israeli Artists, Partnership to Cut Hunger & Poverty in Africa, and Rare Earth (in Development). She was selected for the prestigious Squaw Valley Writers Community for screenwriting and received an Arizona Arts & Humanities Grant. Cynthia sits on several nonprofit boards, serving as an Advisor to Think Beyond Plastic and OROECO. ​Since 2008, Cyril Ritchie has served on NIGH’s Boards of Directors and Advisors—and now, also, as NIGH World’s focal point in Switzerland—helping our Core Team to bring the voices of nurses and midwives into the global dialogue and the United Nations NGO community — from his decades of global civil society experience and leadership. In 2018, he was re-elected First Vice President of CoNGO — the Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations in Relationship with the United Nations. Prior to this, he served as CoNGO President for two terms and served for 40 years — for five separate terms — as Secretary of the CoNGO Conference and Board and First Vice President. >> read more
