BWAMBALE FAUZA, RN
SECRETARY, NIGH UGANDA

        Mr. Bwambale Fauza, RN, is a leading Ugandan RN serving as Regional Coordinator over 5 District Health Services in the southwest mountainous region of the country, on the borders with the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda. His responsibilities include health care administrative oversight and medication delivery audits for nine healthcare service facilities with an ongoing administrative schedule of motorbike visits over rural roads to each facility. He was previously employed by the Kasese District Local Government and was posted at the private Mpondwe Muslim Health Centre (2009). 
       Mr. Fauza is proficient in four languages (English, Swahili, Lukinzo and Luganda) and holds a Diploma in Nursing from the Kagando School of Nursing and Midwifery (2008). He has completed short courses in STDs, HIV-AIDs, malaria prevention, care support and communication, as well as Guidance & Child Counselling, Home Nursing Care and related support.
       As a volunteer citizen activist, Mr. Fauza serves as the founding National Secretary of NIGH's Uganda chapter.
